City Blue Recruitment are working with a Multi-Award winning Financial Services Business based in Macclesfield who provide a range of online financial services to both the public and commercial clients.

Role - To effectively handle and manage all customer queries through inbound and outbound telepohne calls and emails, ensuring a positive outcome and a customer experience at all times. (Using effective questioning and query resolution skills, retention skills and excellent customer service skills at all times.

My client is looking for confident and enthusiastic "Customer Support" peofessionals who have some retentions or sales experience to resolve customer quesries and retain customers who may want to cancel their subscriptions/ service.

Requirements:

* Customer Services experience in a fast paces / telephone based role
* Retentions experience / Complaint handling experience beneficial
* Excellent communication skills (Both verbal & Written)
* Strong retention / objection handling skills
* Experience in a fast paced call centre / sales office environment
* Attention to detail
* Self-Motivated with a positive attitude
* Experience using microsoft word/excel and other IT packages

Key Responsibilities:

* Answering all customer calls/ queries in a professional manner (via Telephone and email)
* Effectively listen and deliver to customer requirements and needs .
* To accurately and efficiently input customer details/date onto bespoke IT System.
* Respond to all requests within company guidelines, ensuring all regulatory guidelines, scripts and quality monitoring frameworks are adheared to on every call.
* To be proactive and positive with a team of professional - contribute to a healthy and fun working environment.
* To achieve all telephone admin and talk time targets as required.

**Excellent working hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm - NO WEEKENDS
