A leading Oracle Consultancy are looking for talented individuals to join our growing team in a Outbound sales capacity. The successful applicant will have experience in working in a targeted environment and used to a sales/target driven focus.

Chelmsford, Essex
Up to £30,000 base salary + Excellent commission scheme and a number of benefits
Sales Executive/ New Business Manager / Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers/new prospects via telephone, email & social media to describe products and/or services in order to persuade potential and current customers to purchase new products and/or services
• Educates clients on product offerings and services and explains and answers questions from customers building value in the relationship.
• Follows up with customer following initial sales contact.
• Identifies customer issues and provides appropriate solutions via up sell of additional products and or services and obtains customer commitment and facilitates delivery of product.
• Making a number of outbound calls each day
• Consistently meets departmental sales generated from sales activities while maintaining a satisfied customer rate
• Continued product education to better service customer calls
• Maintains accurate daily record of sales in sales tracker.
• Will be responsible of finding opportunities & generating leads for sales team.
Skills/Requirements

• One or more years’ experience of Telesales in a high volume fast, paced environment (Recruitment / Call Centre experience would be looked at)
• Strong customer service and telesales skills
• Experienced with Web Based Applications and Windows
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Superior closing skills
• New business role only, no account management experience required
