The Company:
Our client is an innovative, creative company with an international client base.

The Role:
To provide excellent customer service to the International customer accounts and to generate new business

Main duties:
- To manage a customer portfolio and maximise the sales
- To achieve and exceed monthly targets
- To deal with customer enquiries on a daily basis
- To develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing customers
- To process customers’ orders and ensure on time deliveries
- To inform customers of new products and marketing promotion
- To identify sales leads and follow up on them
- To maintain customers details up to date on the CRM system
- To occasionally visit sites outside the office/abroad (trade shows)

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English & German is desirable (spoken & written)
- Fluent in Chinese/Mandarin would be a bonus
- Previous experience in Account Management/Customer Service/Sales
- Enthusiastic and proactive self-starter
- Excellent communicator
- Based in or near Cheshire / Clwyd
- Computer literate (Excel, CRM system, Word, Powerpoint…)
- Highly organised
- Good attention to detail

Salary:
