Service Delivery Director / Head of Client Services

A leading International software provider delivering niche software to a growing worldwide customer base are seeking a Service Delivery Director / Head of Client Services to take ownership over client engagement and deliver a strategy to improve customer satisfaction and grow revenue across the business.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (DOE) + Bonus + 25 days holiday

Location: Manchester, North West (regular UK and International travel required)

Key Skills

· International experience required.
· Demonstrable background of client service achievement within a software company. Demonstrate the ability to use this knowledge commercially and in context of the client business and to develop this capability throughout the client services team.
· Demonstrable background of effective management and motivation of Client Services staff.
· Excellent negotiation skills (written and verbal), maximising leverage and reaching conclusion.
· The ability to be decisive and diplomatic in adversarial situations.
· Ability to marshal and manage resources (people, funding, materials and support) to achieve company objectives. Able to manage own time efficiently, prioritise and to handle multiple activities.
· Capable of engaging with customers across different countries with different cultures and communication styles.
· Background working with software solutions for complex industries rather than small or point solutions.

The Role

· Define and agree the client services strategy / service delivery management
· Achieve company performance targets for customer retention and revenue growth
· Management and leadership to the client services teams - roughly 30 staff members
· Implement operational improvements
· Support the team on customer engagements
· Take the lead on Key customer engagements and agreements
