Kingsley Consulting are supporting a global Innovator in the building technology and roofing sector. Our Client Is a Manufacturer of some of the most advanced Roofing Technology products the market has to offer, with their solutions on display on a high number of construction, domestic and Industrial Projects, not only in the UK, but Worldwide.

Due to their continued success within the UK Roofing market sector, they are now seeking to recruit a Business Develop Manager to drive sales and growth in their Liquid Roofing Systems range of products.

Remuneration: Salary £45,000, uncapped bonus structure – realistic potential of £20- £40K bonus, Car (BMW/Mercedes range), Phone, Pension, Private Healthcare

Location: Covering the South Region (South Oxfordshire, Poole, Cambridgeshire, London & Home Counties)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop sales and commercial opportunities with Liquids & PMMA products.
- Develop sales and commercial opportunities via Surveyors, Local Authorities, Clients and specialist Roofing Contractors.
- Attain “Product Champion” status on Liquids & PMMA and develop the Region in conjunction with the Regional Sales Director and the Area Territory Managers and teams.
- Achieve sales revenue and margin budgets and manage cost budgets under responsibility
- Develop relationships with management and key decision makers of all key customers including specialist roofing contractors, specifiers and clients for Liquids & PMMA

If you have a background in Technical/Specification Sales and can meet the criteria above then we would love to hear from you.

Ideally, if you have had exposure or have knowledge of Liquid Roofing Systems, then all the better, but it’s not essential. Our Client provide extensive training to the whole of their product range, as part of their fantastic induction process.

What is essential is that you have the drive to take this opportunity forward and you have the experience to demonstrate just how you have achieved something similar in a previous Business Development role within the Construction, Roofing or Similar Technical Market.
