Head of Platform and Architecture - London - £80-90k plus excellent package.

A leading online Publisher requires a Head of Platform and Architecture to take technical ownership of Architecture, Development and Delivery for a complete platform transformation including new Website, CMS, CRM and Analytics.

This transformation will include a number of new tools designed to increase revenue through increasing subscription and retention. For example, identity and access management, payment gateways, elastic search, analytics, customer journey and UX, semantic search, marketing automation etc.

Working closely with 3rd Party suppliers, the Head of Platform and Architecture will act as the CTO's right-hand person to own delivery, including ensuring the supplier's architecture and design are aligned to the platform strategy and ensuring the 3rd party development teams are delivering in accordance to agreed deliverables.

Head of Platform and Architecture must have a strong technical background stemming from web development with progression into a senior position where web architecture has played a prominent part of the role including owning development, design and integrations.
