Job Title: Commercial Sector Field Sales Manager
Territory: London & South East
Basic: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience)
OTE: £45,000+ uncapped
Benefits: Company car and fuel card or £6300 car allowance, laptop, mobile phone, contributory pension scheme

The role of the Commercial Sector Field Sales Manager:
- To provide leadership and direction to the Commercial Sector Field Sales Team to ensure growth and increased market share
- Opportunity to join one of the world's multi-billion pound turnover and leading Manufacturers of Copiers / Printers / MFD's / Digital Office / Document Management Solutions
- In this role you will be managing, motivating and developing a Commercial Sector Sales Team based in the South East / London region
- Your team will be presenting Digital Office Solutions and selling a range of Printers, Copiers, MFD's & Document Management Software into the Commercial Sector marketplace
- Their focus will be to mainly win new business as well as retain and manage an existing account base
- There is excellent pre-sales and post-sales support available to the team

Main Duties of the Commercial Sector Field Sales Manager include:
- Quota bearing for the 1st quarter
- Delivering the sales strategy in line with the company's objectives to ensure continual growth
- Deliver effective performance management
- Control costs and maximise profits
- Taking a lead in co-ordinating large scale opportunities and presenting to key clients when required
- Manage and monitor KPI's
- Ensure 100% usage of the CRM system
- Maintain control of headcount and recruitment decisions

Commercial Sector Field Sales Manager Candidate Requirements:
- All candidates MUST have at least 3 years Field Sales Management experience gained within this industry AND within COMMERCIAL SECTOR SALES
- You must able to inspire others and lead by example
- Ideally degree educated
- Excellent Communicator
- Customer focused
- Self-motivated and success driven
- Proven track record of success
