Supported Living Manager - required for a Children’s residential service based in Crewe

Location: Stoke
Salary: £19240 - £19760 + £34 per sleep in - Depending on Experience, Qualifications and Shift Pattern.

Essential Requirements:
Experience and NVQ / QCF Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent essential. * Level 2 Team Leader Desirable

The service provides a range of services and has developed excellent relationships with relevant local authorities. The organisation provides supported living to individuals requiring additional support to be able to lead independent lives in their own home.

You would be expected to;
• To lead the supported living provision.
• Ensure that all of the individual’s needs are met, and each individual has a support plan which reflects their needs.
• Adhere to the standards set in the Statement of Purpose and Fundamental Standards.
• Have the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
• Establishing and maintaining a confident staffing team, who feel competent and motivated at all times.
• Offer guidance and support to staff.
• To work within the boundaries of the Mental Capacity Act.

It is essential that you hold an NVQ or QCF Level 3 – highly desirable that you will have a level 5 qualification or be currently working towards this.

It is also essential that you have extensive knowledge of CQC guidelines with a track record of working in services with good outcomes for its service users.
