We are looking for a Junior IT Support Analyst who has existing IT heldesk experience and a passion for customer service. This is a genuinely long term career opportunity to join a large service desk team who provide remote technical support of a 1st and 2nd line nature.

Based in Bristol you will be joining a market leader who are constantly expanding and promoting from within. Good customer service skills and a team approach to service delivery are paramount to your success in the role of Junior IT Support Analyst.

The Junior IT Support Analyst is required to have good general desktop and network support skills, such as:
o Windows XP, 7, 10 and Vista
o Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012
o Active Directory
o MS Exchange
o Networking - TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
o General restore and back up
o Excellent customer facing skills
o Excellent telephone manner
o Remote technical support - phone/email
