The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be selling remote construction site security solutions such as CCTV towers, perimeter protection and remote sensors, designed to alleviate the need for expensive security guards. Speaking to site managers, procurement and security managers in a largely new business capacity, the Business Development Manager will be dealing with main contractors, security companies, housebuilders and infrastructure / utilities firms.

The Company: Part of one of the UK's largest property management companies, our client is an expanding organisation with over twenty years of experience. They are now looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager in the North of England to join their successful team and contribute to their group sales turnover which is approaching £90 million. Full product training is provided and sales career options as they continue to grow are excellent.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* Strong field sales skills
* A track record of selling to main construction contractors
* You will have a new business focus
* Hungry and money-motivated candidates with the ability to work autonomously
