Salary range: £27,605 to £29,570

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in both environmental issues and parliamentary and policy work. The role will support our activities in Westminster and Whitehall, as well as helping deliver publications and events. As a charity with a national network you will also help support our branches.

You will need good communications skills both verbal and written, knowledge of the political system as well as strong organisational ability and be passionate about achieving positive change for the countryside.

The Campaign to Protect Rural England fights for a better future for the English countryside. We work nationally and locally to protect, shape and enhance a beautiful, thriving countryside for everyone to value and enjoy. We enjoy a high reputation for campaigns that influence the fast-changing world of countryside, planning and environmental policy.

With a new Parliament it’s a busy and exciting time to be campaigning in and influencing Westminster. We are looking for a hands-on candidate who will thrive being part of the dynamic parliamentary and policy teams.
