We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Admin & Accountancy sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator / Bookkeeper to join a highly successful events company, based in Central London.

Administrator & Bookkeeper’s Core Duties


• Managing QuickBooks and matching accounts payable and receivable with bank
• Logging incoming payments and receipts
• Logging supplier invoices
• Maintaining overhead spreadsheets and cash-flow spreadsheets
• Maintaining budget – logging invoices into Excel

Team Administration

• Managing the conference and seminar master programmes – logging any speaker changes
• Collating presentations from speakers and saving to ftp site
• Liaising with AV company before going on site to the event in November
• Sales administration – raising invoices/contracts and database management from time to time.
• Marketing administration – supporting the marketing team with administration duties – this may be a range of duties from sending digital artwork to media partners to maintaining the event visitor database and updating the website through our content management system
• Booking meeting rooms

Skills required

• Preferably 5 plus years of experience in Administration
• Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks
• Good Excel Skills
• Highly Organised and professional
