Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be recruiting for one of its very loyal clients in the Kent area. An extremely well established business which has enjoyed many years of success.

This role is to work as part of the Business Support Team where you will provide a professional administrative and business support service to colleagues at all levels based at Sandwich as well as designated colleagues globally and regionally.

The opportunity

• Working on a rotational basis you will monitor and respond to business requests received via a shared mailbox as well as being responsible for the ownership of assigned tasks.

• Mailbox business support.

• Organisation of meetings, including video conferences, teleconferences and room bookings.

• Interview scheduling and managing new starter requirements.

• Arranging team events.

• General administration including photocopying, scanning and package dispatch.

• Stationery ordering.

• Booking Travel and accommodation.

Essential Requirements

• Able to demonstrate a high level of administrative experience.

• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.

• Determines own work priorities and able to use own judgement to make complex decisions.

• An all round great team player.

• Self motivated and proactive.

• Huge attention to detail.

• A demonstrated ability to solve problems

Although not entirely essential, previous pharmaceutical experience would be advantageous.
