My client are a leading research consultancy who service some of the most high profile companies in the country. Due to a sustained period of growth, they are looking for a Trainee Research Analyst relevant academic background (research focussed, good maths) to join their team.
With the support of a Research Manager you will conduct market research projects for some very exciting clients. Obviously you will be good with numbers, analytical and thorough. This company offer fantastic training, a clear route for progression/promotion as well as a superb benefits package.
Duties:
- Communicate with Client Managers/Senior Researchers to understand the research objectives
- Design or assist in the development of questionnaires to ensure the necessary data is captured
- Check that all data has been collected
- Analyse / interpret data using SPSS (which you will be trained on) and statistical techniques
- To take responsibility for internal project management of a large number of small to medium sized projects
- Be a point of contact for your clients to get advice
Explain findings/statistical results to Senior Researchers within the business
- Add summary of findings and make recommendations
Experience:
- Good academical background in analytical subjects (Maths, Psychology etc)
- Some knowledge of statistical analysis.
- Experience and confidence when talking to stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, organised and good organisational skills.
