We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Business Support administrator to join a busy team at a construction & facilities company based in Leeds

The role is to provide business support to the General/Assistant General Manager and Project Managers within the team

Duties to include:-

* Meeting all guests/visitors to the office;
* Answering and distribution of telephone calls, taking/forwarding messages;
* General typing, photocopying and scanning of documents, saving and forwarding where necessary;
* Audio typing of minutes from Construction meetings;
* Opening, sorting and distribution of all incoming post, actioned as necessary;
* Maintain a robust electronic filing system (all correspondence including general and subcontractor info, drawings, completion certificates etc.);
* Booking meeting room bookings
* Logging of requested annual leave using excel and outlook calendar;
* General office housekeeping

Any other duties relevant to the role.

The ideal Candidate

Should have general office experience;

*

Be familiar with audio typing

*

Should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Power Point etc.);

*

Ability to work on your own in a pro-active manner and also as part of a team;

*

Able to plan, organise their own work

*

Of smart appearance

*

A good communicator both verbally and written

*

Competent at taking accurate meeting minutes for internal and external meetings

*

Strong character

*

Adaptable and flexible

*

Able to work independently and in a team environment
