IBP Recruitment are looking for a Service Manager for a highly regarded Dealership in Chippenham. You will be the face of this Dealership, as you will be leading the service department who are the main point of contact for customers dealing with the service department.

You need to be able to sell the workshop time, products and services in order to meet objectives. The ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and work on your own initiative is essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be computer literate and have good communication skills.

The main duties include the responsibility for the following:

* Taking care of customers, both face-to-face and on the telephone.
* You will be liaising between Vehicle Technicians and the customer.
* Explaining in detail any issues the Technicians identify and explaining the solutions.
* You will keep customers fully informed at all times.
* Training of staff.

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following skills & qualifications:

* 5 years experience within a similar role.
* Highly organised and good timekeeping.
* Knowledge of Kerridge software essential.

Working Hours: 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
8am - 12.30pm Saturdays
