I am currently recruiting for a large, reputable business who are growing rapidly. So much so that they are building their key accounts team.

The main aim of the Key Account Manager is to build and develop long lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients. You will liaise with senior managers and ensure that the service provided is of a high quality. You will provide quotes, meet SLA’s and update the CRM system accordingly.

You will be an experienced sales person and relationship builder. You will be a self-starter and able to work independently.

Key Account Manager responsibilities include:

• Being the first point of contact for all clients in your portfolio
• Build long lasting relationships and maximise the spend of each client
• Providing a consultative service and be informative
• Provide quotes and work within SLA’s
• Deal with customer enquiries
• Any other duties that are required

In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of circa £25,000 plus a monthly team based bonus plus lots of other benefits.
