My client is a well known hospitality group based in central London and they are looking for a well presented Accounts Payable clerk, who has experience processing a high volume of supplier invoices.

Duties and responsibilities:
•To input expense cost type invoice details accurately
•Processing of Bulk Bills prior to month end
•Process invoices for the company’s card transactions such as Amex, BMS, P&MM, Worldpay
•To ensure that all documents have been dully authorised and obtain full authorisation where needed via email
•To monitor invoice batches sent for approval to Area Managers and raise accrual journals when necessary
•To ensure that suppliers are paid on a timely basis in order to maintain supplier relations and maximize cash flows
•To carry out supplier statement reconciliations in order to maintain the accuracy of the accounting ledgers
•Any other ad-hoc AP/month end/project related tasks as requested
