An excellent opportunity has arisen within a globally recognised organisation based in Sutton. We are seeking an experienced and organised individual to assist in the cost effective purchasing of goods and services. In return, the successful candidate will provided with great scope for progression along with a brilliant benefits package.

Responsibilities Include:

* Providing administrative and purchasing support for all related activities within the business.
* Processing invoices and inputting onto the database.
* Responsible for the reconciliation of journals.
* Researching online for cost effective suppliers as well as contract pricing and assisting team members on how to remain commercially and financially astute.
* Providing support to the Procurement Support Manager in setting and achieving purchasing goals and objectives.

Specifications Include:

* Previous experience working within a similar position.
* Educated to a good level.
* Previous accounting experience including a basic understanding of purchase to pay processes.
* Able to prioritise own workload and meet strict deadlines.
* A confident user of Word & Excel.
* A process driven individual who is able to work methodically using attention to detail.
* A personable, confident and friendly individual.
