Location: Bournemouth and in the field

Salary: to £35k basic, excellent bonus scheme (OTE: Tbc) car/allowance

My client is now looking for a experienced Sales person from within the Construction or Concrete industry to drive concrete sales within the business.

You will ensure that existing and new clients understand the full package of products and services offered. Its a new role and is primarily about driving new sales with new and existing clients, building those relationships and winning new contracts. Your experience will have seen you nurturing relationships being able to educate clients about the full range of products available.

The successful candidate will:-
•Be self motivated and driven

•PowerPoint savvy
•Field sales experience from within Concrete/Construction industry
•Able to negotiate with clients
•Have a full UK driving licence
•Be prepared to be on the road at least 3 days pw

Your main responsibilities in line with my clients values

Innovation, Quality, Consistency – Help develop, manage and periodically review the sales strategy for the concrete division of the business to ensure it is in line with the business goals

Quality, Sustainability, Commitment, Professionalism – Establish and build key client relationships with both existing and new clients who may benefit from their products and services. Ensure that ongoing close contact is maintained with these clients via face to face meetings providing continued communication and technical assistance

Quality, Consistency, Commitment – Effectively analyse, implement and control the sales opportunities to ensure that monthly sales targets are achieved in line with the strategic goals set for the business

Quality, Safety, Innovation – Produce monthly reports detailing sales, new opportunities, key client visits and commercial position against core competitors

Quality, Integrity, Consistency – To record all client meetings and interfaces on the internal CRM system allowing clear and detailed record of all contact and feedback

Quality, Safety, Sustainability – To develop a technical understanding of the products, in terms of your technical capabilities and installation methods and be able to communicate these to clients

Innovation, Professionalism, Sustainability – Identify, plan and attend relevant trade shows, conferences and other marketing events to promote the product range and keep them at the forefront of the market

Essential Skills & Experience
•Concrete or construction experience
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including telephone and face to face
•Ability to identify and define problems, collate data, establish facts and propose and implement solutions
•CRM experience
•Excellent Outlook, Word and Excel Skills
•Profit & Loss understanding and responsibility including managing budgets
