I am working on behalf of a very reputable Elderly Service provider that requires a new Field Care Supervisor / Care Co-ordinator for their Wirral based branch.

This is achieved through having a local office and a local management team close to you, meaning all of their services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community.

The Branch/The role:
This particular branch is a well-established one and has been running since 2014. Central to Birkenhead town centre, with easy access to shops and parking facilities, set within a fantastic office & training suite facilities, they are a friendly, passionate and continually evolving home care branch, who`s main purpose is to deliver high quality care to their clients. You will be responsible for managing staff availability, effectively producing rotas for 35 carers & working closely with the Home Care Manager amongst other duties.

This a is full time role offering 20 hours as a Care Co-ordinator and a further 18 hours per week as Field Care Supervisor, making this a full-time, multi-discipline position. This role is also offering flexible hours for busy parents either working from the office or even from home.
This role is also offering excellent training and studying potential should you wish to further your development and qualifications within the industry, giving the applicant an excellent platform for progression within the company.

The Person:
You will be a strong & experienced field care supervisor or care co-ordinator and have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care. You will have excellent leadership qualities, ability to time manage effectively and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the company and yourself. You will have the ability to come in and hit the ground running working off your own initiative. You will also have a good knowledge of the Birkenhead / Wirral area.

The Salary:
£18K - £20K
