Qualified and experienced Employer Engagement Advisor in Manchester

Salary - £21,000 plus bonus OTE £25,000 plus excellent benefits package

New Way Recruitment Services are currently looking to recruit an experienced Employer Engagement Advisor to work for a Training Provider out of there Manchester centre.

The successful candidate will be based in my clients Contact Centre in Manchester, working closely with the wider Employer Solutions and regional apprenticeship delivery teams to maximise new and repeat business opportunities.

Key to this role is to carry out telesales through outbound calls from an existing database of employer records to establish training needs and secure appointments for field based partnerships team, focused mainly on apprenticeship levy employers within Digital IT.

The post holders will be targeted and KPI’s and will be expected to meet and exceed these targets as set out by the contact centre manager

The successful candidates will be required to display the following qualifications, experience and attributes;
•GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English with a minimum of a grade C
•Experience of working within a busy contact centre and have a proven track record in delivery of targets and KPI’s
•Experience of working within the work based learning and Further Education sectors
•Experience of achieving targets in a sales environment
•Sales and promotion experience of managing campaigns across a variety of platforms
•Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation, negotiation and selling skills
•Flexible and adaptable as the role requires travel and overnight stays
•Self-motivated with a pro-active ‘can-do’ attitude
•Confident and enthusiastic
•Influence, persuade and motivate others

•£21,000 with the opportunity to earn up to £25,000 with a non-contractual
•37 hours per week
