With a global audience of well over 100m browsers and over 30m unique users in the UK, they control some of the most popular publisher destinations in the UK market. Their unique creative approach allows them to develop tailor made marketing solutions that span across Digital, Content and Programmatic. Due to expansion on their digital arm they are looking for a Programmatic Director to join their award winning London team.

Programmatic Director

Role

Digital leadership role primarily accountable for all digital display advertising revenues from open marketplace. Plus forecasting revenue for independent trading desks, distributed platforms and off network managed campaigns.

* Lead a team of 8+persons to deliver high class revenue optimisation out of open marketplace, publisher leading data and implantation.
* Lead and own overall long term ad tech strategy and prospective partners.
* Partnering with Sales leaders across regional businesses, to advise on and maximise client direct programmatic revenues.
* Develop and retain relationships in the ad technology space.
* Staying update date with externally changes in the programmatic landscape - remaining ahead of competitors and sustain agency relationships
* Coaching teams on programmatic developments, objective setting and performance management.

The Person
* As programmatic director you will have industry leading knowledge of, and passion for, the programmatic ecosystem.
* Highly numerate and an excellent commercial thinker, able to identify and maximise revenue opportunities and report performance accurately.
* Demonstrable leadership qualities; capable of motivating and managing teams and individuals; takes responsibility for own and others developments; strives to create a high performance culture.
* Strong contacts in the media industry with influential relationships across agency buying teams and with clients directly
* Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills, experience corresponding with c-suite and board level individuals.
* Collaborative leader who builds a strong network of internal stakeholder relationships.
* Solutions focuses mindset who believes in sharing knowledge and seen as the go to person for company's digital specialists.
