Our client is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a CRM Developer - Dynamics to join their team based in South West London looking to pay £40-50,000 per annum.

The established CRM Developer - Dynamics will have strong experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 2013 upwards and ideally working with Dynamics 365. You will be responsible for full life cycle including requirement gathering, development, customisation through to implementation.

The strong CRM Developer - Dynamics will have worked with C# (Server Side), HTML, JavaScript and will have excellent communication skills.

Day to day duties:

• Customising Dynamics 365 to comply with business requirements including JavaScript programming.
• Expert knowledge of the out of the box capabilities of Dynamics CRM and be able to translate requirements gathered into functional solutions, including integration with current business operations.
• Develop web resources, plug-ins, actions, workflow extensions and integrations with other applications.
• Excellent understanding of Dynamics CRM data integrity, lists import/export, duplication and data loads.
• Carry out development in .NET/C# and ASP.NET for solutions based in dynamics CRM.
• To be flexible and competent in learning solutions developed specifically for Chelsea FC within dynamics CRM.
• Creating reports (SSRS and Power BI).
• Assist in training users including user guide writing.
• Setup and manage user profiles/accounts and security roles.
• Prepare and administer user acceptance testing for solutions.
• Write appropriate and detailed documentation as required.
• The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting the dynamics 365 users to ensure they are able to maximise the potential of the system.
• Analyse and resolve problems for the end users according to SLA as well as fixing bugs when found.
• Write Test scripts and carry out the tests in developed solutions.
• Write functional and technical documentation as well as user guides.
• Provide assistance to the CRM development and projects manager when required.
