Job title: Marketing Executive

Location: Garforth Office, near Leeds

Hours: 28 per week, can be worked with some flexibility

Salary: £20,000

Aim:

To produce marketing materials targeted at agencies who are signposting older people to relevant services, providing effective support to staff in better promoting their homes and produce new ideas on ways in which the Society can raise interest in the North division.

Key Objectives:

* You will support on market analysis and to initiate and develop marketing and sales materials to support new services and new schemes and monitor, evaluate and improve the customer journey, and ensure the brand is well marketed and customers receive a quality service in line with our client's objectives.

* You will manage voids programmes from conception through to completion and provide ROI analysis on campaigns and activities.
* To improve the content and quality of the website data for each individual house and home in the North Division.
* To build the list of contacts of external agencies for older people and to send them a flyer about vacancies - TP to advise on how to gain contacts for relevant agencies
* Provide intensive support and assistance to Houses / Homes who have high levels of vacancies in their houses/ homes
* To effectively manage communications linking with our central marketing department across the locality/region on how to improve occupancy
* To spread good practice about what has worked well in locations to service managers

Travel will be required to other locations and venues within the North Division, therefore, a willingness and ability to travel is essential. Measurable outcomes include:

* To reduce the number of voids across the division.
* To build the list of contacts of external agencies.
* Provide intensive support and assistance to Houses / Homes who have high levels of vacancies in their houses/ homes, which result in all houses with long term voids having SMART occupancy improvement plans.
* To effectively manage communications across the locality/region on how to improve occupancy and spread good practice about what has worked well in locations
