Brook Street is looking for a self starting individual to assist as a Transition Coordinator for a large project for approx 6 - 12 months.

The role will be based in West Swindon and will pay up to £17.00 per hour depending on experience.

The main duties for this role will include: -

- Assisting a transitional move to a new office by converting paper information into e-documents
- Support the implementation of an information system that support Agile culture working
- Provide practical support and guidance to minimise the impact on other employees resources
- Assist in information access/management initiatives

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: -

- Must be confident, self starter
- Excellent organisational/prioritisation skills
- Excellent communicator at all levels within the department of 93 engineers
- Competent in all Microsoft packages including Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Visio, Excel and Adobe.
- Experience in managing information storage
