A qualified interim Financial Controller is required to provide cover for a period of maternity leave until January 2018 with our client, one of Hull's longest established and most respected employers.

- Reporting to the Finance Director, the interim will take the day to day management of a team of 4 and ensure adherence to all reporting requirements including monthly reporting and statutory accounts, quarterly forecasts, annual budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Ensure that appropriate systems, policies and financial controls are in place and maintained
- Chair the monthly capital meetings and provide financial support to the supply chain, procurement and commercial teams
- This position will provide cover for a period of maternity leave and will run through to January 2018.

- The successful candidate will be professionally qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and have availability for an early/mid July start
- You will have a methodical approach to problem solving combined with excellent attention to detail, a tenacious and innovative way of working and have the ability to work well under pressure when meeting deadlines
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage but not essential, however being a good team player and an approachable fair minded supervisor is important.

- £55,000 - £65,000 pro rata
