HR Administrator – London – up to £22,000pa – 12 month fixed-term contract

Our Client, based in London, near to Farringdon Station, is currently looking to recruit a HR Administrator to join their team on a 12 month fixed-term contract to support the Organisations HR Function and assist with administrative tasks for HR and Finance teams.

The successful individual with have strong administration experience and with be a proficient user of Excel. They will have worked in a busy office environment and will have a proactive and flexible attitude.

Key responsibilities for the HR Administrator:

• Manage contract variations for permanent and contract staff such as promotions, new starts, salary increasers etc, and ensure the database is up to date with the amendments
• Ensure all payroll documents are up to date with starters & leavers – amend documents in Excel
• Arrange interviews, book meeting rooms, book diaries
• Arrange refreshments for workshops and internal meetings
• Answer basic HR queries (i.e. annual leave)
• General administration including scanning & filing documents

Key Skills & experience for the HR Administrator:


• Strong administrative experience
• Proficient User of Excel
• Worked in a busy office environment
• Proactive & flexible attitude


• Previous experience of supporting or working within HR/Payroll teams.
