Business Development Manager – IT Software Sales B2B - £30,000 - £45,000 Base + £65,000 OTE (Uncapped) – Newcastle or home based working available 

Opportunity to work for one of the leading full-service end to end IT providers who deliver tailored solutions and services to business across the UK.

This role will suit someone with IT sales experience who is looking to increase their earning potential whilst working with cutting edge IT solutions. 

Seeking an IT sales professional to join a growing team and business. You will be responsible for identifying, winning and growing new business predominately within the CRM, Sharepoint and Dynamics verticals.

This is an exciting and challenging position with an abundance of progression available for a successful candidate. 

What does this role involve?

- B2B product and solution based selling. Identify, follow up and close new business opportunities
- Build a customer database and ensure a healthy sales pipeline. Leads are predominately split 50/50 between self-generated and provided to you 
- Being involved in the whole sales cycle for allocated leads.
- Attend relevant seminars and networking events to develop business relationships
- Prepare and deliver presentations and pricing proposals to meet the needs of the client

What would we like from you?

- Proven track record in selling software products
- B2B solution based selling
- Fully understand the entire sales process
- New business (Hunter) ability to gain leads and convert into sales
- Ability to develop long standing relationships

Due to the business offering end to end solutions, you will have the ability to cross-sell across the entire product/service range which heavily increases your ability to earn additional revenue streams. 

Head office is based in Newcastle, however, we are open to candidate location as this is a national role. You would be required in the office once every 2 weeks.
