Are you a recently Chartered/Intermediate Building Surveyor? Would you like the opportunity to work for a successful national multi-disciplinary firm based out of brand new offices in East London?

An exciting, rewarding and truly career advancing opportunity is available for an ambitious Intermediate Building Surveyor to join a leading consultancy that has been established for almost 125 years. Currently experiencing exponential growth and having recently moved into plush new offices in East London that they fitted out to a high standard themselves, this highly reputable consultancy is looking for someone to join the successful Building Consultancy.

They have a great supportive working environment, they are trusted within the industry and they have a diverse client base from blue chip and financial clients to the public sector. The purpose of this role will be to work with their 6 strong London Building Consultancy, working on a number of projects stemming from both the Asset Management team and their own clients. This is a real opportunity to prove yourself and for the right candidate it will mean rapid progression within the firm.

Responsibilities:

* Full spectrum of Building Surveying and Project Management services
* Contract administration on high level commercial and residential projects
* Specification writing
* Professional services such as dilapidations, surveys and party wall

Requirements:

* MRICS
* Strong track record of managing projects from inception to completion
