Salary - £16k + On call/overtime opportunities

Location - Halifax

Key Responsibilities

1 Create files for all new caregivers using the appropriate format and processes;
2 Following up references for new starters into the company and recording this information in the correct format;
3 Arrange/Schedule caregiver meetings and social events as required;
4 Assisting with the recruitment process which will include taking initial caregiver enquiries, interviewing candidates, completing caregiver records;
5 Undertake Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) electronic checks for caregivers and update records once returns are received;
6 Maintain a presence on social media in order to attract caregivers which includes regular posts, blogs, stories and other formats and contribute to new social media strategies;
7 Produce and distribute ID badges for new caregivers;
8 Develop a quarterly newsletter for caregivers and clients;
9 General housekeeping duties including ensuring that communal areas are tidy and free from obstructions and creating a good first impression for visitors particularly on the first floor;
10 Any other reasonable duties as required by management
