Lecturer in Photography

37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

Salary range: £18,429 - £23,364 (Unqualified), £24,781 - £33,323 (Qualified) per annum

The College requires a Lecturer in Photography to teach on BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Photography as an integral member of the Photography and Design course teams.

To be shortlisted for this role you will hold a Degree or equivalent in Photography or subject related area and have, or be willing to work towards, a Certificate in Education. Ideally you will also have experience of teaching HND and/or Degree level Photography. Skills required are: Digital photography, good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, good working knowledge of studio photography, lighting and location photography. Film processing and photographic printing would also be advantageous but not essential. Good organisational skills and the ability to work co-operatively as part of a team of creative lecturers is essential.
