The Establishment & Client

Our client is an award-winning, luxury boutique hotel. Situated in the heart of the bustling market town. The Hotel has 19 bedrooms with 2 restaurants, a cocktail bar, private dining facilities, a courtyard garden which also includes a pizza & cider restaurant. All food is cooked from fresh local suppliers, everything is made in house & is to a 1 rosette standard.


  • Salary: £26,000 per annum
  • 28 days Holiday a year
  • Tips Roughly £3000 - £4000 per annum

The role: We are recruiting for a hard working Sous Chef who has the drive to enhance their own careers. You will be passionate about fresh produce and be keen to learn more about new preparation and cooking techniques.

  • Passion for detail and presentation
  • Sous Chef for at least 1 year
  • The desire to train and mentor junior team members
  • An extensive knowledge of seasonal produce and cooking techniques
  • Experienced within managing and producing functions
  • Ordering
  • Stock Control
  • Maintaining the high standards at all-times along with health and safety.
