You will need to be CIMA/ACCA/ACA Finalist or Partially Qualified and have at least 4 years' experience of working at Accounts Assistant level.
Duties and Responsibilities - accurate and timely financial data, records and reports - Assisting with budgeting and forecasting - Statutory and financial compliance - Preparation of monthly management accounts to tight deadlines - Monthly P&L and Balance sheet preparation and analysis - Cash flow management - Regular monthly reporting to Board and SMT - Responsible for efficient and sensible financial practices internally - Liaising and reporting to with HMRC - Liaising and providing external auditors with timely and accurate information at Year End - Management of Accounts Assistant - Payroll, PAYE and NI payment reconciliations - Financial data is accurate and up to date - Financial reporting completed accurately and on time - External financial reporting completed on time - Clarity around profitability and efficiency of business - Financial processes in place and working well at an operational level - Well monitored cash position - HR records and processes up to date and compliant
You will need to know your way around an Excel spreadsheet and Salesforce CRM and have great interpersonal skills and management experience.
As a new booking system is also introduced your financial skills with be called upon to assist with this area of the business.
