Senior Childrens Support Worker
I am recruiting for a Senior Childrens Support Worker to join a Residential Home in Worthing. This is a unique opportunity for a Support Worker to further develop their career with a supportive and proactive company that truly values their staff. The role is full-time, working on a rotational shift pattern and they are offering up to £21,000 p/a for the right candidate.
This home currently is seeking an enthusiastic, caring healthcare professional to take responsibility for the well being of their young residents in a therapeutic environment. You must have a passion for working with and changing the lives of young people. Part of your role will be taking part in the rota'd sleepovers, for which you will be £4000 per shift. You must have at least 1 years experience working with children with EBD and an QCF/NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Child Care, or be ready to commence your training with this company.
The client I am currently representing is an established residential provider who provides therapeutic support to children and young adults with EBD. They achieve this by employing and growing their highly experienced and qualified staff team through an extensive package of support and training. This includes the potential to complete your Diploma Level 3 and Level 5 management training, as well as full clinical support. You would work with the multi-experienced team and their consultant clinical psychologist to provide care and compassion in a safe, secure but stimulating environment for up to 5 children and young adults with EBD.
