Our client is a growing Corporate Finance team within a very entrepreneurial large regional firm of Chartered Accountants which, following a period of heightened activity, is now looking to enhance its team in the West Midlands with an experienced and entrepreneurial individual. You will be based in one of their Midlands offices (depending on your home location), but travel to other offices as required.

You will join a small team and play a key role with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, fund raising, valuations and general strategic advice. You will also get involved in business development opportunities both from the extensive client base and other intermediaries.

More flexible at the Executive grade but as a Manager you will have at least 3 years lead advisory experience you will feel confident to take responsibility on transactions with little supervision, for instance producing your own information memorandums, financial modelling, key financial analysis and general project management. Returners to work will also be considered who have maybe been out of the market for a while who are keen to build up their skills again.

At Executive grade you may be a bright, commercial newly qualified accountant who has trained in a small, medium or large firm. The successful candidates will have a solid academic background, be a qualified accountant and strong communication skills are a prerequisite.
