PMO Administrator to assist the operation of the PMO Management systems, providing support to the project team and wider professional services user community. Experienced PMO Administrator with either Microsoft Project or Project Server skills to assist with Management Reporting.

PMO Administrator Responsibilities

* Track status or all risk and dependencies and change requests
* Support the governance program in arranging reviews
* Become the key point of contact for Project Portfolio Management systems, reporting, and onward development
* Previous experience in (project) administration in the IT industry
* Good PC skills especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and expert skills in Microsoft Office suite

To be successful in this role you will be required to undertake a DBS check and hold a full UK driving license and use of a car. Previous experience of working in a Programme Management Office as a PMO Administrator.

This opportunity would suit someone who has worked as either as a PMO Coordinator, PMO Assistant, PMO Support, PMO Analyst, Project Office Support, Project Office Administrator or PMO Administrator.
