We provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. They rely on you to keep them safe, treat them with dignity and support them to live a truly enriched life. We are looking for a support worker to join our team in Hastings, St Helens Down. Our work consists of supporting five adults with learning disabilities, each to their own and each with different interests and hobbies. So if you can be a chef, an artist and a gardener in the same day and give 100% to each task then we would love to hear from you.

Experience is not necessary but you will need to be fun, relaxed, able to cope with difficult situations, willing to learn and able to communicate with everyone both orally and legibly in notes.
