Position: Financial Administrator
Location: City of London
Salary: £18,000 - £28,000 per annum + benefits

We are recruiting for a Finance Administrator to be based in the City.

Key responsibilities:

Entering information on to the computer system:
Coding and posting invoices and expenses claims
Preparing payment runs
Completion of supplier reconciliations, treasury management, liaison with banks
Maintaining supplier details
Posting cash payments and receipts, bank reconciliations, reconciling inter-company balances;
Process and check expenses, prepare quarterly VAT returns, calculating accruals and prepayments;

Required skills:

Have previous working knowledge in the similar role
Excellent communication skills
Strong organization skills
Good MS Office skills
Great attention to detail
