My client is recruiting for an experienced CRM Manager to join them in their London City office. This is a brand new role within the firm so a strong background in CRM Management (ideally within legal) is essential.

The firm are legal based and medium sized with a number of offices in Europe, they promote a work life balance and physical and mental wellbeing.

A newly created role, the CRM Manager will be responsible for managing the client database, marketing campaigns, implementing strategies and oversee the migration onto a new CRM system.


  • Working with the Marketing Manager & Directors in the migration to a new CRM platform
  • Create and deliver on client communication strategies
  • Maintaining the client database
  • Marketing communications to clients
  • Analysing and reporting
  • Management of a digital analyst

To be successful in this role you should have proven CRM experience within the legal or professional services sector. A marketing related degree would be beneficial. Strong IT knowledge and specific CRM systems knowledge. A natural communicator. Able to manage a team. Passionate about Marketing, data and CRM!

The role is based in London City, close to major transport links.

Working hours are 9:30am - 5:30pm, with 1 hour for lunch and various other benefits and services on offer.

Salary is up to £35,000, depending on experience.
