The Role:

You will be responsible for owning, organising and defining the personalisation activity schedule. This role is part of a team who are responsible for delivering the annual targets for the business.

Main responsibilities in this role include:

- Develop testing and UX plan to drive and increase the conversion, value and loyalty of their customers'
- Plan with other divisions how they enhance the customer journey to present the best experience across all propositions
- Plan and deliver suitable tests alongside marketing campaigns from brief through to post campaign analysis as well as working with design team and agency to deliver creative material
- Review test results to ensure that conversion & loyalty targets are met or exceeded at all times. Provide management information as required
- Manage relationships with all relevant external agencies and suppliers to agreed contractual standard and cost effective performance
- Work with analytical team members (internal and agency) to identify distinct segments within the customer profile and deliver a personalised experience
- Ensure appropriate controls, approvals processes and procedures are followed including agency management, budget control and reporting and marketing collateral approval
- Ensure key stakeholders are involved and kept up to date with relevant information and reporting

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- At least 2+ years customer journey experience in a commercial environment ideally with multiple brands and product offerings
- Experience of working with and managing external marketing agencies
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Relevant qualifications e.g. relevant degree or recognised marketing qualification
- Previous experience of managing the sales process with High Net Worth individuals would be advantageous
