Our client seeks a Senior Administrator to join their team. The role is to provide first class support to the IFAs, technical administrators and their clients. Duties will be varied and will typically include but not exclusively.

Checking client files and ensuring all necessary documents are supplied by advisers; Processing new business through the relevant providers systems and chase until conclusion including chasing Letters of Authority; Managing client review procedures and organizing client appointments; General client contact (phone and written); Production of client portfolio valuations; Preparation of client review packs; Where feasible, constructing financial planning reports for clients.

Salary offered will be dependent on experience within Financial Services.

In order to be successful in your application for Senior Administrator, you will need to evidence the following in your CV. Candidates unable to evidence will not be considered.

It is essential that the successful applicant have experience working in a Financial Services environment such as an Independent Financial Advisory or Wealth Management Firm.

The successful candidate will also need to have excellent organizational skills and excellent attention to detail including written communication. You will be regularly in contact with clients and you will also need to have a professional telephone manner.

Knowledge of common IT packages is desired and knowledge of industry specific software such as Intelliflo (Intelligent Office)/ Adviser Office/ Voyant would be highly advantageous.
