We are a specialist Recruitment firm based in the heart of London. Due to continued success, we are looking to recruit a Business Development Bids and Tender Manager to further develop our contract division.

This role will see you developing and expanding our contract division by securing new contract business through business development and bid/tender management. As an experienced manager, you will also be responsible for driving your area of business growth through the creation of a specialist contract team to support your new market.

Role and Responsibilities:

-Conduct market research, mapping potential clients and identify new business opportunities

-Manage the implementation of a bid management strategy, manage and deliver bid submissions

-Act as the main point of contact with clients, you will manage the pitch and bid process

-Recruit and manage teams of staff to support bids and fulfill client requirements

-You will manage the delivery of contract staff into client companies within your division contracts

-Provide clients with up to date market knowledge and continue to develop and establish long lasting relationships

Preferred experience:

-You will have a proven track record of success in pitching and managing bid proposals within the Recruitment sector within London

-Previous experience of face-to- face pitching and negotiation

-Excellent interviewing technique

-Experience of managing a team of recruitment professionals

- You will have a certificate in bid and or tenders management training
