One of the UK's leading gaming brands is looking for an experienced analyst to provide data-driven insight to their marketing function, specifically focused on customer data. Their Customer Insight Team is at the forefront of statistical techniques and utilities advanced modelling to provide effective insight. Your main focus will be to develop and further the company's understanding of the value derived from marketing efforts as well as developing data strategies to optimise future campaigns.

Customer Scientist - The Role

  • You will provide a clear and robust analysis of marketing and customer engagement efforts
  • You will provide a detailed breakdown of the impact of the company's marketing activity across channels
  • You will work across functions and with other teams to develop advanced statistical models
  • You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to help drive strategic insights off the back of your data

Customer Scientist - Your Skills

  • You will be experienced in advanced data modelling
  • You will have a firm grasp of advanced statistical tools such as SAS, Python, R, SPSS or equivalent
  • You will have strong commercial and strategic nous to impact the direction of the company
  • You will have experience utilising customer data across multiple data-streams
