My client, a leading financial company is looking for service desk analysts around Wrexham for up to £30K.

You will be working for a leading insurance and financial services company that has offices across the globe.
Your new role
You will be working as an IT Support analyst within a growing team in the Wrexham area. You will be looking after calls and incidents using incident management tools and will be using a range of hardware and software within this role including; Lotus Notes, Microsoft technologies, Virtualisation technologies, ServiceNow amongst other core technologies around infrastructure, telephony and networking.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have worked within a similar organisation previously and will be looking for your next role in the Chester/Wrexham area. You will be open to large and small team and will be able to show demonstrable experience and knowledge of working of your own accord. You will also be looking for a role where you can improve your technical knowledge and can progress within the organisation.
