Operations and customer services executive - Required this this upmarket tour operation based in South West London. They are looking for an experience operations person from the travel industry with GDS knowledge, ideally Amadeus. They will pay up to £23,000 + benefits for the successful candidate.

Operations and customer services executives duties
-To action all booking confirmations and amendments including hotel, transfer and flight requests
-To check and send booking invoices to agents and direct clients
-Liaison with overseas Ground Handlers regarding any pre and post queries
-Post booking support to Travel Agents & direct clients via phone and email
-To collate and check all final travel documentation and itineraries for dispatch
-Pack and post any dispatch / documentation on a daily basis
-Check and action hotel availability and closeouts
-To process incoming payments via credit/debit cards
-Daily dispatch of brochure requests with company letter

Operations and customer executives skills required
-Travel industry experience is a must in operations or customer services
-Ideally Amadeus knowledge but they will cross train from another GDS
-Attention to detail
-Work well under pressure and meet deadlines
