Compliance Administrator - Financial Services


£22,000 + Excellent Package

An excellent opportunity has arisen working for a leading Financial Planning company who are looking for an individual with previous Financial Services experience to join them within their Horsham office to provide support to the Compliance team.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide telephone cover and support for the Compliance Department and the Compliance Director
  • Undertake file checks for the networks AR firms, accurately recording finds and communicate results to the team
  • Undertake Monthly, Quarterly, Bi Annual and Annual tasks to assist with the Compliance function across the network
  • Attend compliance related meetings
  • Update manuals, procedures and Network documentation
  • Take responsibility for any ad-hoc duties to support the compliance team

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to display the following skills:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Some understanding of FCA rules
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised
