Client Administrator, Fluent Mandarin
We are business partnering with a growing Financial Services business, hiring a Client Administrator to join a vibrant, fast paced team in the City.
The Client Administrator is a new opportunity, which will allow the successful candidate to work with existing clients in the Chinese soeaking markets, therefore would suit someone with FLUENT MANDARIN and previous Client Administration / Support experience within a Financial Services environment.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Inbound / Outbound calls, existing clients
- Administering set up of new client accounts
- Client enquiries (email)
- Support clients with accounts and online platforms
- General administration
