Graduate Trainee, Temple, London

Fleet Street Financial Limited is one of the largest providers of financial advice to the barrister community. Due to expansion of the business they are looking to recruit a Graduate Trainee who can progress through Administration, Paraplanning and Trainee Adviser, ultimately being signed off as a fully qualified Financial Adviser.

What you will do:

  •  Spend 2 years in the Administration team dealing learning the foundations of financial planning

  •  Completing all exams required to become a Chartered Financial Planner

  •  Support the experienced Administrators and Paraplanners in providing timely and accurate work for the Advisers

  •  Progress into the Paraplanning role, providing support to the qualified Paraplanners and Advisers

  • Progress into the Trainee Adviser role before being signed off as fully competent

What you will need:

  •  A minimum of B in Maths and English at GCSE level

  •  A minimum of 2:1 in a relevant subject (Maths, Finance, Economics)

  •  Ideally some work experience in the Financial Services sector (i.e. internship)

  •  Excellent prioritisation skills to meet, if not exceed, deadlines

  •  A desire to be the best you can be and to be able to balance work with studies

  •  The ability to manage expectations of all staff and clients
