What does the role of store manager involve?
As the store manager you will have the opportunity to shape your role, your team and your store.
You will ensure that your store is running smoothly and will be proactive in bringing about any necessary change to increase store profits.
You will lead and motivate your team, improving them with training and development opportunities.
As a people focussed manager you will guide the departments in your store to provide consistent customer service and to drive operational focus.
You will be responsible for engaging with the local community and organising exciting store events that will create opportunities for business development.
So what qualities will you need for this role?
You will have experience in successful store management and be able to give examples of when effective marketing have created positive sales.
You will have great communication skills and be customer-focused.
You are a results driven manager who ensures that targets are met.
You are a motivating leader who will care about people and will support others in their development
This role offers a salary of up to £25,000 plus a great package.
